Working out should be a part of everyone's life. I am not claiming to be big into fitness, I just have experienced the benefits of scheduled regular exercise. Sooooo... To keep off topic workout discussion out of other threads, I have made this one. Share your fastest mile, or 2. Share your reps of pushups, situps, pullups and more. etc. (it always helps to be in shape while airsofting )

Lol ya think? Hey, I make just fine in crew compared to bigger people, lol. At least it's just muscle. But really, I've been so damn skinny all my life. :/ I can eat a freaking horse and not gain a pound. I'm planning incorporating more upper body in my summer workout anyway. (I just kinda do my own thing outside of swimming - usually I run & sit-ups)

Yeah, well I was a REALLY skinny kid. But when I turned 15 I decided to try and get in excellent shape. I have gained 16 pounds and I am pretty sure it is all muscle.

Wow you guys make me want to cry Ever since basketball season ended I have gotten so dang out of shape... I used to be able to run at a steady pace all day and not get very tired and plank for 5 min. straight after running... I will probably start doing something to get back in shape soon. I have been watching what I eat a bit more now, but other than that I need some muscle.

Shhhhhh.... Don't worry about that. I may have terrible self esteem, but if we all met up for a big friendly game or airsoft, it wouldn't hold me back at all. I'M ALL ABOUT TRYING, FAILING, RINSE & REPEAT, AND WINNING. WHO'S WITH ME?!?!
I'm nearly 16, 5'8(may be higher by now), and around 200lbs. Part muscle, part fat.

I walked/jogged a good few miles around today, I was going to track how long my mile was but could't get my dang iPod to work... Anyway, what kind of cardio workouts do you guys do besides running?

Vacation really messes with my work out schedule, Still trying to get back into a normal routine. I did 450 push ups and 800 situps and still feel fat and lazy So to top it off I went and ran 2 miles. By fat and lazy I mean my arms feel like jello and my abs are killing me.
