So I am starting a routine, and because I am bored and proud that I got through my math and lang. exam today confidently, I guess I can post it here . I walked 1 mile then ran 1 mile the day before yesterday, rested yesterday, today I am going to do upper body workouts, and the day after tomorrow I will do core workouts, then start the cycle over and over again.

Sounds hard :/ I had to go to practice this morning. Ugh Im sore to the touch. I need to stretch and ice my shoulders but let's be honest that probably won't happen.

So I have a bit of belly fat i want to burn off, so i decided to start running again. I ran 3.5 miles yesterday, today will be cardio with a punching bag, as well as weight day, then i run again tomorrow. Anyone have any extra tips for burning a bit of fat, specifically in the stomach area?

Things are going better than expected, ive been running every other day, and on my off days i do a punching bag, and weights. Im gaining muscle mass decently quickly, and starting to notice the fat burning off..... granted im writing this as im enjoying a small bowl of ice cream XD
