Finally started the challenges today wasn't to bad, and I did three sets of the triceps dips and planks. Soccer camp is sunday through Wednesday, then conditioning starts on the 30th, so I will be getting my fair share of workouts.

Guys do this with me..... You probably wont make the full pyrimid the first few times.... i sure cant, congrats if you can, but shoot for halfway or more. You will feel great after your done with it. This is a great set

Wouldn't have a problem with the sit-ups - push-ups would be hard but I definitely don't think I can do that many pull ups continuously. My record is 11 "real" ones. :/
That's in one continuous thing not like over 5 minutes.

I think after I did it a few times I could get around half to 3/4 as long as I eat right (which is the real challenge...) . Edit: and I can actually do lots of pull ups, and st ups are deceant for me. Push ups, not so much.

How can you do pullups but not pushups lol. Then again those are different muscle groups. Back when i played basketball, I was in the best shape of my life, i could do 100-200 situps without breaking a sweat, 100 pushups no problem, and could run for days. That was back in the 8-9th grade. I didnt do much 10th-11th and got out of shape. I got sick of that and started working out again, the running is going good. Im back to 100 situps a day, and am up to about 50-60 pushups. By the time college roles around im gonna be looking good XD

Same with me, back in 7th-8th grade during basketball season I could hold a plank for forever... I'm not it to bad of shape, I do work for my dad quite a bit (he is a heavy duty diesel mechanic- LOTS of heavy lifting) and run 5k's every once in a while so I'm not it terrible shape, but not where I could/should be either.

Try getting a job with heavy lifting or something like that, (I'm not trying to sound like a brat or anything) but I find it's easier to get myself to do the work when I am getting a good workout and sometimes I get paid.

Ive been at the beach, and I must say.... I havent done so good. Besides a 15 mile bike ride a day and a few pushups.... ive gone slack. I have brought dishonor to famiry
