American Airsoft Collective Emblem

Ok, yeah, you missed a lot. The tier thing is dead. Now, there is a trio leadership between GunJack, osawaab, and myself. That makes a tiebreaker vote. We aren't gods, we don't really do anything other than manage the websites/blog and appoint staff. Then there is forum positions, which is really the only ranking system. The colors, I think should represent as follows.

Plain emblem. (No color triangle): All members of the Collective

Green: Designated event 'researchers', helpers

Blue: Moderators, state specific staff, state specific website/blog/social media managers, etc.

Red: Collective staff, collective website/blog/social media managers, admins, etc.


That's it. No one tells anyone what to do except on the forum cause Moder8ors gonna moder8

It's NOT a "I'm better than you" or "I'm a higher rank than you" thing. It's a "I have a different job than you" thing. State staff would not take orders. No ones taking orders. Screw that. It's just they might not want to undertake managing the whole damn thing so they just do what they can for their state instead of having to take care of everything. This is referring the blog authors who will post events.

Red forum positions are admins, and event managers who admin the blog as well as author it. (Meaning they manage the whole thing)

Blue forum positions are moderators, and event staff that are state specific.

Green forum positions can be anyone who has been designated for finding events and submitting them via the google form.


With the system, the entire point is so that nobody is senior to someone else. You can't help forum positions, that has to be to maintain a forum but outside if that there is NO superiority. Just DIFFERENT roles.

Also, Admins and staff are bound to come and go, so we need some sort of system or protocol to replace them especially admins. Unfortunately I have to be here as long as this forum is online cause it's linked to my proboards account, but I can certainly make my profile look like a members and just leave the forum alone should I decide I don't want to manage it anymore.

It's just a identifier of what your job is....nothing more....it doesn't "block communication" or become a different section of the collective in any way. All in the same conference room.

Eh. I like it. But let's get a lil vote going. Who else?

Stick with blue I'd say. Or red.
