Hey guys, title says it all. I personally would like some kind of airsoft bullet that is more accurate than a bb and doesn't need a hop up. almost like a real bullet. Made out of rubber maybe.

I've thought about this too. I think it would have to work like a real rifle though. I am thinking of cheap shells, with precharged gas in them. Also make it so you can buy 350 fps, 400fps, etc. A firing pin or whatever sets it off. Blowback would have to be electric or something because if it's gas, it could throw off the shot.

so... you re talking about a projectile that you can shoot people with, have no hop and still have excellent range? It doesn't sound very possible. Take rubber for instance, in order to be accurate and have the rifling have any effect the barrel has to be somewhat tight fitting around the projectile. Rubber produces a lot of friction. you would need say a bullet shaped plastic part with a rubber tip. Plastic to reduce friction, and rubber to reduce pain

Or if you could make a hop up that adjust side to side and up and down. Then you could make bbs have no curve?
Uhh......how the heck would this work? The whole point of hop is to but backspin on the bb. A bb's flight path is impossible to get absolutely straight. It's either going to go up, then down, or straight then down. It ain't gonna go up, haha.
I wish I had more resources to pursue the idea if making a cross between airsoft and simunition.

I mean a contact patch that makes contact with the side of the bb and one for the top of bb. Than if your bbs fly left or right, you can put a spin on it to make it pull the direction you need. So it would have like a diag spin

Oh I see. Interesting concept but I think gravity would effect it too much. Lost has a concept of making a hopup that isn't affected by what direction the rifle is turned but I am to be tight lipped about it. (he thinks someone's gonna steal the idea) (and no, I won't tell anyone. Privately or not.)

Its kind of hard to explain. It basically takes the direction of a cross wind, and reverses it on the inside of the suppressor. Its probably a stretch but who knows

Like I said. Just a idea. lol. It would be nice to see some pre upgraded guns that actually have worth while upgrades in them too. Sell jg bar 10s with a zero trigger for 200 or complete piston upgrade for 275 and both for 350.
But the one thing I wish for, one thing. Is a metal m14 hop up. Please airsoft gods, please make a metal m14 hop up.

Something that would be beast in CQB is a real capacity shotgun shell. Like instead of three bb's at once, more like one of these...
What it is is a 410 shot gun shell, which has three disks at the top and a few buck shot bb's underneath. If it was shot at a low velocity like a tri shot then you could have a small rubber disk and normal bb's.
Another idea is for shotguns also: have different sizes so you can have a wider variety of guns that shoot shot shells, like a Taurus Judge which fires a .45 Colt or a 410 shot gun. Or you can have a classic Remington 870 that uses a 12 ga. shell. So in airsoft it would be the same way, 870's get a shell the size and shape of a 12 ga. shell, and so on with 16, 20, 410, and so on.

It would be the same function, but you could keep the same fps as a normal shotgun because 400 fps on three rubber disks and 8-10 6mm plastic bb's would bring it down to about 300-350.
And considering how effective it would work in CQB, if it was reliable I am sure that people would buy it. It would be the Lonex of the shotgun world.

recharge able shells... I like it! They would need to be re usable though, and disposable other wise there would be no point in the re usable because people would lose them all the time.

well this apm5o has 3 different shells that vary in fps. low powered shells (330-400) medium powered (500-600) and the ridiculous high powered (700-800)
