This should help any of you wanting to get into airsoft, but are not sure which gun to get. This will be a list of AEGs, that are under a $200 price range that will
serve you well if you are just starting out, or an intermediate player. I will do this by model, and if there is a platform I do not include that you would like to see just let me know. Ill be working on this the next couple of days.

Righto, I may recommend the Umarex HK USP, it is cheap, but the black version has mostly metal parts, and a good fixed hop up system, and for under $40 it is a steal
I have used one, and I found it to be a great first sidearm

Lil_Shady is quite an authority on gbb pistols, but for a starter gun, this one cannot be beaten. it has a useful range of about
125 feet, NO EXAGGERATION! and shoots quite consistently at 360 fps. I got (I sold it, to move on to a KJW) about 275 full strength shots out of one cartridge.
And, I am following Lil_Shady's advice when I buy my KJW. I was originally looking into a KWA ATP. He about ATE MY HEAD OFF WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT IT!

I had the opportunity to use one these strange looking airsoft guns awhile back. My M4 tappet plate committed suicide and a team mate let me use hers.
I was most impressed with the range and accuracy of this refugee from Anime. After all, underneath that very strange body work,it is just a short barreled JG M4.

I was surprised to see that ICS was left off the M4 list. So here it is,

The split gear box design makes it easy to upgrade and maintain. With the additional purchase of a second upper gear box, you can have two very different performing guns for a reasonably small investment.
Of course Evike would not be my first choice to purchase a gun from, but they are a good reference site.
If this was the gun I was going to buy I'd get it here www.commandairsoft.com/SearchResults.asp?Search=ICS-41 It's the same gun, but they have free shipping to the lower 48 states, and that is quite a savings.
