The staff on here always discusses site problems on threads that aren't supposed to be used for that purpose. Why don't you discuss site needs and problems on the portion of the forum meant for that?
Not if it directly relates to the thread at hand. It also gives a chance for non staff members to see the discussion and give input.

I actually agree with chief long shot, it clogs the thread with an off topic question and makes it harder to sort through and read the conversation and debates.
Airsoft society does a pretty good job of cracking down on off topicers fast.

Suggestion: The staff discussion thread is the only thing that is ever updated. I know 3/4 of the users on this forum are staff, but if you want to give this place some life, you have to talk where normal users can see. Otherwise they are just going to leave and this turns into a secret club for the ~10 of you haha.
Agreed, a new thread has been added for general chit-chat for all the forum. Unless it involves staff info lets keep the small talk there. It will keep the forum active.

The whole point of this forum was to be a sister site with airsoft society, not to compete with it... and what do you all do? You start throwing your friends under the bus. Suggestion: it seems like this forum is way more active than a month or so ago, and some of the polls on issues that at one point were to be decided in a staff meeting went to poop. but now there are a lot more active members, maybe take another shot at the polls?

About the browser version, I have already asked and there is no way Proboards can do it. Sorry. However, you can click the Desktop button on the bottom and use the attachment system that way, however it's really weird on mobile. :/
